Henriette joined Chambers in October 2022, following the successful completion of her pupillage under the supervision of Matthew Dalton.
Henriette has a busy criminal practice, defending and prosecuting in the Crown, Magistrates and Youth Courts. She also has experience in judicial review proceedings.
Henriette is a powerful advocate, who prides herself on meticulous case preparation and effective cross-examination. She is both problem oriented and efficient in achieving results, in and out of court.
Prior to undertaking pupillage with Chambers, Henriette was a paralegal at JFH Law, assisting in regulatory and employment matters as well as criminal defence and extradition cases. Having completed her LLM dissertation on abuse of process in extradition proceedings, she has a keen interest in developing her practice in this area, prosecuting and defending.
